Apnos d.o.o. obavezuje se pružati zaštitu osobnim podacima kupaca, na način da prikuplja samo nužne, osnovne podatke o kupcima/ korisnicima koji su nužni za ispunjenje naših obveza; informira kupce o načinu korištenja prikupljenih podataka, redovito daje kupcima mogućnost izbora o upotrebi njihovih podataka, uključujući mogućnost odluke žele li ili ne da se njihovo ime ukloni s lista koje se koriste za marketinške kampanje.

Svi se podaci o korisnicima strogo čuvaju i dostupni su samo djelatnicima kojima su ti podaci nužni za obavljanje posla. Svi djelatnici Apnos d.o.o.  i poslovni partneri odgovorni su za poštivanje načela zaštite privatnosti.

UVIJETI KORIŠTENJA

Internet stranica apnos.hr u vlasništu je tvrtke Apnos d.o.o za , sa sjedištem u Zagrebu.

Uvjeti korištenja vrijede za sve posjetitelje internet stranice www.apnos.hr te kupce, bez obzira bili registrirani ili ne. Uvjetima korištenja utvrđuje se postupak naručivanja, plaćanja, isporuke te reklamacije proizvoda.

Vlasnik stranice Apnos d.o.o. zadržava pravo promijeniti uvjete korištenja bez prethodne najave. Pri svakom posjetu stranici www.apnos.hr smatra se da se posjetitelj slaže s Uvjetima korištenja. Kupovina proizvoda, registracija i sigurnost

Kupcem se smatra osoba koja naručuje proizvod sa stranice www.apnos.hr, Kupac mora biti osoba starija od 18 godina. Kupac snosi odgovornost za točnost i potpunost unesenih podataka prilikom kupnje.

Apnos d.o.o ne odgovara za štetu nastalu upisivanjem tuđih osobnih podataka. Napominjemo da je strogo zabranjeno korištenje i upisivanje tuđih osobnih podataka i stoga imamo pravo dobivene informacije stupimo lokalnim i međunarodnim nadležnim službama ukoliko to bude potrebno i ukoliko sudskim putem dobijemo zahtjev za ustupanje istih.

Tvrtka Apnos  d.o.o. u svim se drugim slučajevima obvezuje čuvati osobne podatke posjetitelja i kupaca stranice www.apnos.hr te neće vaše podatke javno dijeliti niti ustupati trećim osobama.

Plaćanje proizvoda

Cijene i dostava

Sve navedene cijene izražene su u hrvatskim kunama. PDV je uključen u cijenu. Ponuda i cijene za specijalne akcije vrijede do isteka roka.

U cijenu nisu uračunati troškovi dostave koji će biti posebno naplaćeni prilikom dostave artikala. 

Dostava se vrši putem kurirske službe.

Svi artikli su prije predaje kurirskoj službi pregledani stoga se smatra da su isporučeni u ispravnom stanju. Ukoliko ste dobili proizvod koji niste naručili ili proizvod s greškom molimo da nas obavijestite putem e-maila info@apnos.hr.

Kupac ima pravo na povrat artikla ukoliko isti ima materijalni ili kvalitativni nedostatak a što se utvrđuje vještačenjem. U navedenom slučaju molimo kupca da nas o istome obavijesti na e-mail info@apnos.hr. 

Prihvaćanjem općih uvjeta korištenja potvrdili ste da se slažete s kupoprodajnim procesom. Kupoprodajni ugovorni proces postaje pravovaljan nakon primitka pošiljke. Reklamacije uvažavamo sukladno Zakonu o zaštiti potrošača čl. 43, 44, 45, 46, 47, 48 i 49. Raskid ugovora reguliran je Člankom 45. Zakona o zaštiti potrošača, osim u situcijama u kojima je isključeno pravo potrošača na raskid ugovora prema Članku 49. Zakona o zaštiti potrošača. Sve pritužbe možete nam uputiti pismeno na adresu Apnos  d.o.o, Sveti Duh 93, 10000 Zagreb ili e-mailom na adresu info@apnos.hr.

Pogrešno naručenu robu ne mijenjamo osim ukoliko se radi o ispravnoj i nekorištenoj robi, a o čemu odlučuje osoba zadužena za to u tvrtki Apnos d.o.o. kupac može robu zamijeniti za drugi proizvod. Ukoliko dođe do pogrešno isporučene robe, kupac je dužan navedeni proizvod vratiti neoštećen i nekorišten u originalnom pakiranju u roku od sedam dana, a Apnos d.o.o obvezuje se kupcu vratiti proizvod koji je prvotno trebao biti isporučen ili proizvodom istih cjenovnih i sastavnih karakteristika.

Apnos d.o.o . omogućuje kupcima podnošenje prigovora putem pošte na adresu tvrtke, putem telefaksa ili elektroničke pošte te se obvezuje odgovoriti na njih u roku od 15 dana od kada je prigovor zaprimljen.

Eventualne sporove između trgovca i kupca, Apnos d.o.o nastojat će riješiti dogovorom i mirnim putem, a u suprotnom nadležan je Sud u Zagrebu.
